Excellent small hotel in a great part of Lisbon
Excellent breakfast, nice bathroom with great shower, enjoyed having a balcony, in a nice neighborhood with a good restaurant across the street, located a pleasant 10 minute walk along a tree lined boulevard from the train station and heart of the city.

The rooms are a bit small. Especially if you have luggage.

Excellent location, the basic necessities of a hotel stay.
The included breakfast was nice. The location right next to the metro was fantastic and walkable to major sites and restaurants. The staff was friendly. Fairly quiet. Bathroom and room felt clean. The water in the shower was nice and hot. Comfortable bed. Good/acceptable for the price.
The room itself was quite small. There wasn't a whole lot of space to move around the queen bed (this may have been just my room, not sure about others). There wasn't hot water/coffee maker in the room. I didn't see an iron, etc. These things you may have had to ask for separately from the front desk. I had an inside courtyard area view, which wasn't particularly nice, but at least I still got light in the morning.
